What we do, and what it's like working with us.
From the first call to launch and beyond, we keep the process simple, do the heavy lifting, and stay involved as your business grows.
01
20 minutes to see if we’re a fit.
A temperature check to see if we’re the right company to help you. We’ll ask about your company, your digital marketing experiences, your goals for the future. If we’re not the right company to help you, we’ll say so. If we think we are, we’ll show you what we can do.
02
15 minutes to show you what we can do.
If we think we can help, we’ll ask for 15 minutes to show off. You’ll see past and current work, a walkthrough of InSight and how to use it, client reviews, and a complete breakdown of what our system includes, with all your questions answered.
03
As much time as you need to read the fine print.
No smoke and mirrors. We send over the full agreement and go through it with you, line by line if needed. It covers the fee, what we build and maintain, what we need from you, ownership, cancellation, and our guarantee.
View our plain-English service agreement
Local Sight Service Agreement, in plain English
This page is for information and isn't binding. The agreement you sign says roughly the same thing in more words, and where the two differ, the signed one is the one that counts.
The deal
$297 a month, charged to your card on the same day each month, starting the day you sign. No setup fee and no long-term commitment. It runs month to month.
Cancel any time by email. We stop charging as soon as we get it, and your service runs to the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't prorate. If the price ever changes, you get 30 days' notice and can cancel first.
What you get
- A custom website of up to 25 pages, with every page set up for search. Live within 30 days of signing, as long as we have your materials and access. Hosted, secured and kept updated by us for as long as you're a customer, with content and page updates on request, usually done within 48 hours.
- Your Google Business Profile set up, optimized and monitored.
- Your business listed across a network of directories, maps and voice-search apps, with your name, address and phone kept consistent across them.
- Up to three tap-to-review cards that open your Google review page.
- A call-tracking number on your site and Google profile that forwards to your real line. Texts to it are forwarded to your email.
- The InSight app for iPhone and Android, for you and your crew. Publish finished jobs to your website, Facebook page and Google profile from your phone, and see your calls, texts, form submissions, reviews, listings and your website and Google numbers in one place. That's where your reporting lives; we don't email reports.
What you do
- Send us your logo, photos, licensing and business details. The rest we gather during onboarding. If we're waiting on you, the launch date moves back by the same amount of time.
- Give us manager access to your Google Business Profile and access to your domain account, or make domain changes when we ask. To publish to Facebook, connect your page in InSight. You keep ownership of all of it.
- Review the new site within 7 days of each delivery and tell us what to change. Unlimited revisions.
- Make sure what you give us or post through InSight is accurate: licenses, pricing, service areas. We don't review content before it goes live.
- Keep a working card on file.
What's not included
Logo design, photography and video, paid ads, custom software, unreasonable pages beyond 25, substantial redesigns after launch, and anything else not on the list above. If you want more, we'll quote it by email.
The guarantee
If you're not happy for any reason, any time before your site launches or in the 30 days after, tell us and we refund everything you've paid. No explanation needed. That ends the agreement, and the site doesn't become yours. If you want to end the service any time after the 30 day refund window, the site is yours in full.
Who owns what
- Your domain is yours. Always. We never take it, hold it or keep it over a bill. If we register it for you, it's still yours, and we'll transfer it wherever you want whenever you ask.
- Your logo, photos, reviews, customer information and anything you post through InSight are yours.
- The website is yours once it launches and is passed your refund window: the design, the pages and the writing. It runs on WordPress and Elementor, which have their own licenses, and some features may need paid licenses if you ever leave.
- Owning the site doesn't end the monthly fee. It still needs hosting, updates and the rest of the services we provide.
- InSight and the tools and systems we use behind the scenes stay ours. You use them while you're a customer.
- We may show your name, logo and finished work in our portfolio.
If money goes wrong
If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 14 days, we can pause service, including taking the site offline, until the account is current. It comes back as soon as it is.
If you leave
- Hosting ends and the site comes offline. Since the site is yours, ask within 30 days and we'll send you a full copy for free, or move it to the host of your choice for a one-time $299.
- Your domain, Google profile, Facebook page and reviews stay yours. We remove ourselves as manager and repoint the domain wherever you say.
- The tracking number is ours and goes away. We put your real number back on your Google profile, and on the site where we still can.
- Our listing service ends. We don't control what each directory shows after that.
- For 30 days you can ask for your call and text logs and form submissions, free.
- InSight access ends.
The rest
The signed agreement also covers confidentiality and data security, our right to change the tools we use behind the scenes, what happens if Facebook or Google change their rules, the fact that nobody can guarantee rankings or leads, our right to end the agreement with 30 days' notice, and the usual terms on liability and disputes under West Virginia law. None of it changes anything above.
04
A few more minutes to get you onboarded.
After signing up, we’ll go ahead and move you through our quick and easy onboarding process. We’ll send over requests for managerial access to your Google Business Profile and domain, and wrap up any additional questions we have about your business.
05
14–30 days to build the whole thing.
We build the website, optimize Google, create your listings, configure InSight, connect tracking, and get everything working together. Your current website stays live the entire time, and your account manager keeps you updated along the way.
06
As much time as you need to make it yours.
You see the full build before anything changes. Take the time you need, request as many revisions as you’d like, and we don’t launch until you’re ready. We’re here to give you a product you’re excited to show off.
07
30 seconds to flip the switch.
Website live. Google optimized. Listings connected. Tracking on. InSight ready. Time to celebrate.
08
Time to keep building.
Updates, changes, new services, new markets, Local Service Ads, SEO, paid ads — whatever the next step is, we build on top of the foundation already in place. No more starting over. We want to best the last digital marketing agency you ever need to hire.
